Who processes your data

The data controller is Tomáš Krupička, company ID (IČO) 04661672, registered at Soběslavice 50, 463 45 Soběslavice, Czech Republic, trading as Semola AI. Contact: info@semola.ai.

What data and why

When you email us, we process your name, email address, company name if given, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long

Correspondence that does not lead to a contract is deleted within 2 years. If we work together, we keep data for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example accounting and tax rules).

Who receives it

We never sell data. We use the following providers acting on our instructions: website hosting and forwarding of email sent to info@semola.ai (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, via Cloudflare Pages and Email Routing), and the mailbox that receives those messages (Zoho Mail, Zoho Corporation). Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device, builds no profiles and works only with aggregate data such as page views. Our hosting provider may briefly process technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Just write to info@semola.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
